Shipments, Charges & Returns Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail (UK) 1st Class and will require a signature.

If you require insurance (advisable on all orders over £32), an additional charge will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and destination of the shipment.

If purchasing several items we advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping Charges

For ease of service we have made the postage rate for all records at set rates of £1.95 in the UK, £4.00 anywhere in Europe, and £6.00 for the rest of the world. This is automatically added when you click the checkout button.

Postage includes 'Recorded Delivery' in the UK and Air Mail (small packet) with 'Proof Of Postage' for the rest of the Europe.

If the value of your records exceeds £75 your record can be sent by either 'Special Guaranteed Delivery' (UK) OR 'International Signed For' (Worldwide). - The Charge will be £6.00.

We strongly recommend you select this option to cover any losses or damage in transit.

Returns

Any purchase carries a 7 day guarantee, purchases must be returned with all their original items and packaging within that period.
